Gregorio Sosa DSFH is a Clinical Solution-focused Hypnotherapy. He is a registered member of the Association for Solution-focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). He is also a BSc Psychology student at Arden University, and he is expected to graduate in July 2026.

Gregorio Sosa has more than 10 years of experience working with adults with mental health illnesses, which gives him the strength and qualifications to support individuals with learning difficulties, dementia, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar syndrome, anxiety and more.

Throughout these years, Gregorio has been training and studying to become a qualified Sosa and has been a professional in the mental health sector.

Gregorio Sosa DSFH holds a diploma in Clinical Solution-focused Hypnotherapy, encompassing all the necessary knowledge and practical experience, totalling 650 hours, in his new clinic in Bristol. He is studying a Psychology degree and combined his knowledge as a psychology student with Positive psychology and coaching approach, helping clients in different areas such as anxiety, low mood, motivation and phobias. All his clients are pleased and experience positive change in their lives. Additionally, Gregorio is constantly engaged in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), which he has recently certified in Pleasure and Masculine Libido coaching.

Additionally, Gregorio Sosa is bilingual, as his mother tongue is Spanish, and his second language is English, which enables him to communicate effectively in both languages.

Greogio Sosa runs sessions face-to-face and online via Zoom, helping clients in Spain, France, and the UK.
